# Pipeline Review

> Full deal pipeline analysis: stage distribution, stuck deals, velocity, win rate by source, and next actions.

The pipeline review skill analyzes your full deal pipeline and returns a structured assessment — where deals stand, which ones are at risk, what's moving, and what to do next.

## What it produces

* **Stage distribution** — deal count and value at each stage
* **At-risk deals** — deals with no activity in more than 7 days
* **Deals advanced this week** — what moved and why
* **Average time in each stage** — where deals slow down
* **Win rate by lead source** — which sources close best
* **Recommended actions per stuck deal** — specific next step for each
