For each lead, runs parallel research:
- Email deliverability validation (ZeroBounce)
- LinkedIn profile: role, career history, recent posts, skills
- Company research: funding, tech stack, news, competitors
- Deep research: funding rounds, product launches, market positioning
Stage 3: Intelligence Profile
Each lead gets a structured profile:
- Lead Score (0-100): Firmographic fit + behavioral signals + timing triggers
- BANT Qualification: Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline
- Conversation Starters: Top 3 openers based on recent activity
- Value Proposition: Customized to their situation
- Pain Points: With evidence from research
- Best Channel & Timing: When and how to reach out
Stage 4: Personalized Outreach
Generates cold emails using the 95/5 rule:
- 95% genuine human touch (career moves, company news, achievements)
- 5% subtle value mention
- Subject: 4-7 words, lowercase, no clickbait
- Body: 50-100 words, one CTA
