How Departments Work

When you open a chat, you select a department. Ultron loads the right system prompt with all the skills, rules, and integrations for that department. You can switch departments at any time. Each conversation is tagged to a department so you can find it later.

Every action Ultron takes is stored in your workspace: leads go to the Leads table, content goes to the Content table, deals go to the Deals pipeline, agents go to the Agent registry.
