The outbound sales workflow runs the complete cycle from prospect discovery to closed deal — Specter handles research and qualification, Striker handles outreach and follow-up.

The full cycle

1

Define your ICP

Set your Ideal Customer Profile in Settings → Profile: company size, industry, funding stage, geography, and any specific signals (job postings, tech stack, etc.).This is the foundation. Every Specter search and every Striker email uses it.
2

Specter: find and score leads

Find 20 CTOs at Series A SaaS companies in the US.
Specter runs: Apollo company search → contact lookup → email enrichment → ZeroBounce verification → ICP scoring. Results saved to CRM. Hot leads (score 8+) get a Striker task created automatically.
3

Striker: cold email

Striker picks up the task, reads Specter’s research from memory, and writes the cold email.6-point quality gate applied. Subject < 6 words. Body < 150 words. Exactly 1 CTA. Specific reference to the recipient. Passes or revises automatically.
4

Day 3 follow-up

No reply after 3 days. Striker sends follow-up #1: new value angle, max 75 words. A case study or insight they haven’t seen.
5

Day 5 follow-up

Still no reply. Striker sends follow-up #2: completely different angle, max 100 words. Different pain point, different benefit.
6

Day 7 breakup

Final follow-up: 50-word breakup email. Polite. Assumes no interest. Leaves the door open for Q3 or when timing changes.
7

Reply received: Cortex in

Lead replies. Striker logs the outcome to memory. Cortex generates a meeting prep brief. You go into the call prepared.
8

Post-call: proposal

After the call, Striker generates the post-call blueprint from your notes. Follow-up email drafted and sent. Proposal built as a Structured Doc canvas. Deal stage updated in HubSpot.
